Pickup details
To ensure a smooth start to your Cozumel Private Jeep Adventure, please head to the specific meeting point designated for your arrival location:

Punta Langosta Terminal: Meet your guide outside Hooter’s Restaurant, located within the Punta Langosta Mall.

International Pier (SSA): Exit the pier and cross the main street. Turn right and walk along the sidewalk until you reach the Mayan Pyramid at Mayan Plaza.

Puerta Maya Terminal: Walk out of the terminal to the street and turn left. Continue for about half a block, use the crosswalk, and find your guide at the Mayan Pyramid at Mayan Plaza (directly across from the terminal).

Hotel Guests: Your private guide will meet you directly at your resort’s main security gate/booth.

Ferry Passengers (from Playa del Carmen): We will be waiting for you at the end of the ferry pier, right next to the Birds Monument.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

- Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and re-boarding time
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- It is recommended that you bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- A valid driver’s license is required for anyone wishing to drive the Jeep
- Jeeps are Manual transmission (Automatic only by request)
